IMPORTANT: Meeting rooms should be prioritized for engagements with customers and HCPs. All spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

All meeting space requests need to be made using the process outlined below.
Ancillary Meeting Rooms

- GAM 2 – Conference Room 18 (capacity: 20 Conference)
Catering Notice: Catering is not available at this location.
Virtual capabilities available upon request.
Meetings scheduled every 30 minutes, from 30 minutes to 5 hours.
Includes: Screen, Projector, Wi‑Fi, Power, Virtual capabilities upon request.
GAM 2 – Conference Room 18: Available Tuesday 7am–7pm and Wednesday 7am–7pm only (unavailable Thursday and Friday).
PAR Advocacy Meeting Room
- PAR Advocacy Meeting Room – Conference Room 13 (capacity: 20 Conference)
Catering Notice: Catering is not available at this location.
Virtual capabilities available upon request.
Meetings scheduled every 30 minutes, from 30 minutes to 5 hours.
Includes: Screen, Projector, Wi‑Fi, Power, Virtual capabilities upon request.
PAR Room requires a password to book (same as last year).
Genentech Business Suite
- Room G1 (capacity: 10 people)
- Room G2 (capacity: 10 people)
2025 SABCS badge required for access.
No food & beverage service is available at this location.
Meeting duration is limited to 25 or 50 minutes only.
Basic setup includes Monitor and Wi‑Fi.
Genentech In‑Booth Room
- Room B1 (capacity: 6 people)

No food & beverage service is available at this location.

No AV provided in this room.
Important Information
Getting to Your Meeting Space
Directions to the Genentech Business Suite at Harry B. Gonzalez Convention Center:
Exit the Genentech booth and go straight through the double doors then turn left. The Genentech Business Suites are located at the end of the first aisle. Please look for the Genentech signage and check-in desk just outside the business suite. A 2025 SABCS badge is required for entry into this space.

Within the Genentech exhibit booth at Harry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Please note that a 2025 SABCS badge is required. Room B1 is clearly marked. Please stop by the check-in desk before you enter.

Depart the Convention Center main entrance. Cross E. Market Street to Bowie Street. Walk down Bowie Street to E. Commerce Street and go left towards the Hotel. Please take the elevators or escalators to the 3rd floor and look for Genentech Signage. Both the Genentech Ancillary Meeting Room and PAR Advocacy Meeting Room are available for meetings.

- Hosts must complete all necessary pre-event iHCP documentation & post-event reporting for international attendees.
